Shipping and Delivery

Free economy shipping on all orders to the lower 48 United States. Restrictions may apply.

Flat rate shipping is available to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada.

Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time.

For very large orders or oversized packages we may email you a quote for shipping that differs from the free rate above. If so, we won’t ship your order until we get your approval.

Thunder Adventure Company will determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your orders. The shipping carriers most commonly used are: United States Postal Service (USPS), and UPS.

Thunder Adventure Company charges sales tax if your order is being delivered to a California address.

Orders are shipped on business days only Monday through Saturday excluding federal holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days processing before your order is shipped. If an order will ship later than previously specified you will receive an email notification explaining why and when it is expected to ship. After orders have shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you. If you haven’t received your tracking information after 3 days, double check your spam or junk mail folder.

Thunder Adventure Company is not responsible for accidental deliveries to the wrong address, lost or stolen orders, damages during shipping, or delayed shipments. All claims must be filed with the carrier.

In order to protect our customers Thunder Adventure Company reserves the right to ship packages signature required.
